VESC Information

For Over 20 years, AMECA has been the custodian of all VESC Files.

We have the original signed agreements regarding the Equipment Compliance Program and VESC registration.

The VESC was made inactive in the 1980’s due to funding being cut. Attempts have been made to reactivate the VESC because of its efficiency in the promulgation of standards.

It is AMECA’s intention that the VESC be reactivated to assist with an efficient means of promoting uniform regulations and consumer safety.
